The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust offers Fellowships to British citizens from all walks of life and backgrounds to acquire knowledge and experience abroad to the benefit of the community and country . This year out of the 1072 applicants to this living memorial to Sir Winston Churchill the Driving Home project was one of 107 applicants to be awarded a 'Winston Churchill Travelling Fellowship Award'.

We have been awarded this fellowship on the merits of our proposed expedition, Driving Home and in particular Colin's work on raising awareness of spinal injury in the UK and Africa. This is a huge accolade for Colin and the Driving Home team.
